This app automates and monitors services for the citizens of Hill Tracts.
The Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs (MoCHTA) has developed Integrated Digital Service Delivery Platform (IDSDP) software to automate and monitor their services to the citizens of the Hill Tracts area.
This software includes five types of offices and eight modules.
The offices are the Ministry, Hill District Council, Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board, Chittagong Hill Tracts Regional Council, and Tribal Refugee Affairs Task Force.
The Software has seven modules such as: • Scheme Service Management System.• Scholarship and Training Management System.• Recruitment Management System.• Accommodation Management System.• NGO Management System.• Contractor Enlistment Management System.• Social SafetyNet Management System.The software aims to improve governance, service delivery, and citizen engagement by enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in various aspects of public services.
